With regards to your inquiry please take note of the fact that should you encounter problems with the synchronization that you mentioned you need to uninstall the current software that you have on your computer>reboot your PC>after it’s switched on please install the software again>reboot your PC again. Once this is done you can try to transfer another file (but not sms’s as yet) due to the fact that the problem could be on the software disc itself and if you are unable to successfully transfer the files we will then arrange another software disc for you.
