Win with the Samsung Blog with these competitions
The Samsung Blog awards Samsung Points to its members for participation on the Blog through blogging, reviewing phones, commenting, voting on polls, and more. In this first quarter of 2010 the competition will be run in a slightly different manner from before where the community will have an influence on which Blog member wins ultimately.
How it works
We award Samsung Points for blogging about Samsung Mobile stuff and general mobile technology, commenting on blog posts, and writing phone reviews. The target this quarter is 1,200 points. The first Samsung Blog member to reach this target (and after the moderator's final nod) will be chosen as the winner of a Samsung S8300! In the case of a tie, Samsung will choose the ultimate winner.
It's a new quarter-year and along with it the launch of the Q309 Phone-per-quarter competition!

We've been running the Samsung Blog "Phone-per-quarter" competition for a full year now and it's been quite a fun ride. Many Blog members have been encouraged to review phones, write blog posts and generally get involved with the community.
In the 2nd quarter of 2009 we hope to achieve these things yet again but we're always striving to get better. The prize this quarter is a Samsung Pixon M8800 handset!

As with the previous competition, the Samsung Blog would like you to be an active member of the Blog for a chance to win a Samsung phone (model to be confirmed at a later stage)! Samsung Blog member, Mrjusticem won the last quarter's competition, bagging himself a sexy Samsung Soul.

We track your blog activity through a Samsung Points system. Samsung Points are awarded for blogging about Samsung Mobile and general mobile technology, commenting on blog posts, and writing phone reviews.
- Competitions are open to anyone in South Africa except the employees of Samsung, their promotional and advertising agencies, associated companies and their immediate family members.
- To enter, users need to be registered users of the Samsung Blog (samsungblog.co.za).
- Only one prize can be awarded, per winner unless otherwise stated.
- If the user has won a competition on the Blog in the last three months they may enter future competitions but will be ineligible to win prizes for a 3-month duration.
- The competition will run for a specified time (see specific competition) and could be extended at the Samsung Blog's discretion.
