Samsung brand ambassador and talented football player, Teko "The General" Modise, was interviewed by The League Football Magazine. See the full interview below.

What were your childhood aspirations?

I have always wanted to be a professional football player.

From City Pillars to Pirates to Bafana Bafana and a national hero status – how do you handle the pressure and how comfortable are you with this label?

Since I started playing football I never really cared about what people were saying. I just wanted to do what I love and that’s all that matters. I’m not really comfortable with the status because I am still new and I don’t believe that I have done much compared to players who were there before; like Benni, Pienaar and Aaron Mokoena just to mention a few.

I recently caught up with Shaun Bartlett at the latest Samsung NextHero Soccer clinic. He's a very genuine human being, very friendly, and he was very involved with the kids during the day. The kids loved spending time with this soccer legend.

well spaced keys. It’s an incredible phone that I’m so proud to own,
wherever I go people can’t help but be drawn in to its absorbing
presence.

A few months ago, the Samsung Fun Club ran a Royal Adventure competition. The grand prize was a weekend getaway to The Lost Palace of the Lost City and getting to drive in a zippy Mini Cooper S. We caught up with the winner, Shereez Collenette who last weekend had the pleasure of going on her prize trip. Here is what she had to say about her experience.

What made you enter the competition?

Well, I am a member of Samsung Fun Club and I received an e-mail about the competition. I enter many competitions and never won anything so I entered this with the intention of not winning in any event. There were two prizes: a Samsung handset weekly and the grand prize. I decided that I will enter via the web since it will be free and since I never win I was not going to waste my air time. I already had the D900 so I was not really worried about winning the handset.
